Hi,

I have set up my own Limited company and have just been around many banks on the high street trying to get a business bank account but none of them are interested as soon as i mention my IVA.
Does anyone know a Bank that will take IVA customers? or how i can get an account?

Me too i don't want any further credit but i do want to look at getting a mortgage.... Hopefully will get full and final accepted soon... Then do i still have to wait 6 years from acceptance date before starting to look at mortgages? And can i work on credit file during this time ie. getting default...

Yes i was just interested to see and very surprised to see that my credit score is showing as Fair with a score of 778. I expected this to be very low.....

Hi All,

I have just checked my credit file and i have about six creditors on my IVA and there is one on my credit file that is registering a default every month is this correct as none of the other creditors are doing this?

No just want a fresh start and this relative has kindly offered to clear my debt for me up to the value of £4000.

One last thing..

How does it work with a relative giving me the funds what do they have to do just write a letter stating that they are giving me it or show where they have got it from etc....?

Hi,

I have an IVA and been paying for three years at £180 per month and have £5600 left to pay.
I now want to do a full and final but am unsure what amount to offer have asked Payplan but they are not very willing to suggest a figure can anyone please advise?

Just a quick question i have debt totalling about £16,000 pounds with various companies and am about to consolidate with one loan over 5 years paying around £340.00 per month do you think this would be the best option or to look at doing an IVA??
