Hi, in a way im glad others have had 'issues' with GT, we are not really impressed with the service recieved, communication is extremely poor, we have just completed 2 years of our IVA, and have muddled on through redundancy and a drop of £4000 in wages once my husband was back in workwith no change...

Thank You Karol, Spoke to Laura and understand fully now , the problem was , we automatically thought we would be in an iva for 6 years hence us thinking we would be doing extra, was very suprised when Laura mentioned my posting on here so its nice to see that things are taken note of on here Thanks...

Thanks very much for your help , Counting off the years is what was keeping us going , its seemed to us this process was going to be never ending with the proposal of yet another year especially when I have noticed that most complete no more than 6years ,

Thanks for the replies again..think i better have a word with IP, i know its 12 months away but I would rather know now than think we may be able to get the bits we need. why we ever get our selves in this mess in the first place is beyond me now, still in 5 years time .....it will all be worth it[:)]
