Not at all... I had to be available for a chat on the phone on the day but I called the. Instead and all votes were in the day before

It amazes me, I wanted to pay back all the money I spent but some people want there cake and eat it all. We spent the money , if we can we should pay it all back

I would of thought the IP would of put a restriction on the house sale?

I'd do it myself to be honest,

But to clear my debt I'd still take the iva route and all its baggage

Online valuations are always more as they want you to sell your property and if they can make you think it's worth more than you though you might instruct a valuation through them- they get paid a fee for the instruction !
