3 months to the day I am no longer on the register... Great feeling. It has been a struggle at times but finally made it with a FF at year 4. Still a struggle now as FF accepted as mortgage increased as could no longer stay on an interest only mortgage so actually have less spare money now than when...

Online valuations are always more as they want you to sell your property and if they can make you think it's worth more than you though you might instruct a valuation through them- they get paid a fee for the instruction !
