With the cashminder you can put whatever you like as the recipient, when you setup using online banking. So you could just put RBS but the ref would still show IVA*****

I'm with you Melanie, and as you say at my reviews my salary has been adjusted and has enabled me to earn more before the 10% comes into effect.

Are you asking for monthly payments? if so the companies may well do a credit check which could be why the quote isn't being offered. I'd still call the company and ask for a quote but the price may not be quite as good as the comnparison site prices as these sites often have an arrangement with the...

Did mine on a comparison site and had no problems, however I paid the full amount and didn't ask for monthly payments, your problem could be if your asking for monthly payments. As Foggy says ringing the companies and you may have better luck.

There's no problem applying for an iva if you have a payment arrangement with your creditors. I had reduced payments to several of mine prior to proposing an iva and no problems at all.

You wont go far wrong with Melanie's team. I'm with them and it's been first class all the way. Plus if you can scan and email you can send in most of whats needed that way instead of posting.

I have all the originals of mine in a file and just sent copies, so you should be ok to keep your originals.

If your sending by post and the things your waiting for aren't going to long arriving I'd wait and send it all together otherwise send what you have now and the rest when you get it.

We've arrived back in somerset now, after our day out in Dudley. My thanks also to Jan and Dave, it was a really good evening. It was good to see you all again and meet some new people, hope to see you all again in November.
