Good Morning, I have been in an IVA since June 2007, paying £304 per month on a debt of 38K. My sister moved to Australia in 2009 and has offered me the chance to join her. With this in mind, a friend kindly offered the sum of £3600 to settle the iva early. I made this offer to Grant Thornton at the...

Hello Thank you all for your replies. I sent an email to Grant Thorton, explaining that my employment is under threat of redundancy and I have a friend who would lend me £5500 to finish the iva early. Their reply has not been very supportive. They said that that I could offer to settle but whilst I ...

Hello,
I am almost three years into my iva (11th June) and pay £304 per month. A friend has offered me 5K to see if I can close the iva early.
Does anyone know what my chances of success with this offer are likely to be? the iva is with Grant Thornton.
Thank you for your help.

It was previously £35.00 week but as costs have increased, can we increase this? Does anyone know whether it is best to offer an increase to your IP or wait and see...

They have called twice today, once at work, once at home and now say they need evidence of the iva. I s...
