i see a wind fall is to pay all debt this was a joint iva but only £10.000 was in my name why am i liable for these costs also. and what if it is not enough to cover all costs what happens then

if i recieve a windfall after i have started paying into iva and it is more than the original iva agreement do i lose the rest of the money
