I am currently in the fourth year of an IVA and have made a F & F offer which is being heard later this month.
If accepted, how long will it be before any future windfalls (PPI claims ,inheritance,compensation claims etc.) will no longer have to be paid into my IVA fund?

Hi.Good Luck .I think you will need more than luck alone though.Even without being in an IVA only 2% of mortgages are being accepted with 90% LTV

In your example,i assume that the £15000 you have to pay in is only if you can afford it. ie. worked out by I & E in the 6th year

hi.
i have just started an IVA which was approved in April.However,the first payment is not required until June .Does this mean that i can keep all overtime pay from April and not have to pay any until my May payments?

I have just started IVA (first payment June)but already there are a number of changes in my life. extra employment is good but has been offset by the requirement for a vehicle and my lodger moving out.Am i entitled to ask for a review incorporating these new details?
