Well just after bit of support really. 8 days to go until my full and final meeting with gt. really panicking as if it doesn't go through we will be going bancrupt. Still have no job and coping with a family in distress after finding out mother in law has terminal cancer and we have about 12 months ...

If I have a full and final offer accepted, does this mean I will still owe creditors anything and how will it look on my credit file, not that I am too bothered??

Hi foggy, they have proposed money paid so far as full and final plus the PPI as we are expecting a lot. Well this is what they said they were proposing but I have no copy of it as yet and they said they would send it to us at the same time as the creditors.

Just feel like we are living in a bubble, I have a 3 year old and 8 year old so have to keep going, want the best for them, they are having a rough ride too. They saw the man trying to stab us and now losing their nana.
