To be honest I had nothing but trouble getting onto the site. Registration was a nightmare so I gave up dejected and worked on the theory that I would deal with it when my IVA finished as what was on it was a foregone conclusion.

Make sure you all keep a record of any unpaid Direct Debits and standing orders etc. The banking group have promised that they will cover all these type of costs caused by the fault.

I certainly scan and e-mail mine along with the uplift payment schedule every month, that way I am more or less certain that there are no hidden surprises in store for me at my annual review in a couple of months time.

As a thought process the amassing of debt on credit cards through shopping adictions etc are equally as damaging and this can be absorbed and helped. Unless I have missed something in the thread we may not be talking about a gambling addiction merley someone who tried to gamble their way out of debt...
