They’ve said there first £500 that get back will be given to me, I’m not interested in the money, I would prefer that this not be happening but I suppose after that court case ...

Yes you do have to do this becuase, as ordered bt=y the courts in the Green v Wright case, PPI belongs to the creditors even if claimed after the IVA has been formally completed. Hello, so this form they are sending will, I presume, check if I’ve had PPI? Even though I’ve never had it? They will ch...

Hello, I’ve been out of an IVA for around 5 years but this week got contacted by DRSP claims regarding a PPI claim and a court ruling (Green Vs Wright). I used to be with clear debt, who I fully competed and complied with my IVA and have my certificate. I’ve never had PPI, never tried to claim for P...

Thanks for the replies. His relative has offered to give him the money just to pay off the remaining amount. So to complete ASAP, is it better to ask for a full and final!? His relative could then write a letter to them stating that this money is only for payment of his iva?

They have asked him for bank statements, to fill a new expenditure form, etc before they will do this. Is this correct? He would just like to pay the ...

Hello, it's been a while since I've been on here. Just a quick question and some advice. My friend wants to settle his IVA early. If he wanted to offer a full and final settlement figure would the IVA company be prepared for his relative to offer this as a gift and make the payment to the IVA compan...
