you do have to have 3 or more creditor and over £15000 debt for a iva not sure if yours can be classed as 3 or 2 creditors but there are plenty of people who will be able to tell you.

hi Gemma and welcome.IVA are on the amount not then number of creditors so you need to find out the total of your debt first

My IVA was accepted on the 3rd of June this year and my first payment had to be made within 30 day so we have gone for the first of July.But from what I have seen there seem to be lots of ways. I would speck to your IP if I was you.

Im with Cleardebt and they have been great.Always very helpful and gave lots of advise.Not like the debt management company (DCM) i was with until they went under.
