Update.. My IVA settlement offer was accepted however EIC now have to check if I have any PPI outstanding. I have already done this myself 2 years ago and passed on my findings to GT but it has to be done by an official company such as EIC. EIC seem to be dragging their feet a little and I cant even...

Thanks Foggy, will creditors want to see a good reason why I would make an offer for early settlement?

My reason is the IVA is simply getting me down and my parents would be willing to help with the payment.

Yes a new landlord may have objections etc, the fellow directors are not aware of my position but I will be informing them soon, I don't think they will mind.

Im in my second year of my IVA I have a new job and a better income. My new job is over 50 miles away from my home, but the problem is my car is on its last legs and was priced in as an assett within my IVA (value £1500) So how does this work? The PPI route would be a waste of time for me but going solo to ask my IVA creditors (banks) if over the years they have over charged me and can they check this out.

How would I go about asking them?
