Thank you all for your comments. I'll try and calm down now and wait for my introduction letter from my new IP. It's just the unknown which bothers me and the fact that we can just be disposed of with a first class stamp x

It's the bit that says One Advice t/a Harrington Brooks I don't get. I've never heard of either of the supervisors mentioned which concerns me.. I just pray that they don't try and change anything which has been previously agreed. I think I need a drink!

Debt Lifeboat. The letter says the new Supervisors will be Guy Withey and Michael Bellingham. I've got that horrible sick feeling again just when I thought things were going ok.

Supergert you should disregard that valuation and obtain another. When you ring, ask for a forced sale valuation and when the valuer turns up explain your situation. You are not asking them to tell lies just to give a worst case scenario. Trust me it works.

I too didn't lie. Had 3 valuations and didn't have to pay for any of them.
