I was thinking on those lines, as there was lots of paperwork sent with a letter of IP, it's just when I rang creditfix to check they said PGJ had not closed it down, but if it is removed from the register then it must have been! When I emailed them again they could not even find my IVA - think I wi...

I completed my IVA when with Melaine Giles in March 2014, it is showing as completed on my credit file and we are off the register. However still have not recieved my certificate, there was no PPI or anything I can think off to hold it up. In October I emailed creditfix to see what the delay was and...

Hi, I was working for a bank when I started mine. Dealing with customer's money and with financial reward for sales targets. I was honest with my manager upfront and it was fine. A know a few colleagues of mine also went down the IVA path. Whilst in my IVA I had a job interview for a mutual insuranc...

When my income went down, they did not adjust my expenditure, I think they can lower payments by 10 or 15% without needing permisson from creditors. Sorry to hear this I know the expenditure bands are not overly generous (which is fair enough) but to have them cut right down must be very difficult. ...

My husband needs glasses so that is the next expenditure and then I want to build up a contigency fu...

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team. Since 2011 when I tearfully picked up the phone after reading reviews on here until now I have been so pleased with the way my IVA has been dealt with. The first person I spoke to was Tina who was so calm, reasurring and non-judemental. Then the team ...

We have been in our IVA for just over 2 years. Due to a rise and outgoings and no rise in incomings we have just had a variation agreed with our creditors for a drop in payment. Felt so relieved back on track. Not for long as today we get a letter today from mtg company saying mtg is going up by £80...

Just a quick update, without me even chasing again the company rang today. Apologised for the delay but had marked my first email as dealt with and was getting around to last weeks now. Good news they have reduced by the full 15% which I know is not massive but it all adds up. They are looking to ba...

Thanks I am going to email company again today, they have been SO good so far.
Also I am awaiting the outcome of a PPI claim which I started in Nov and they have said I would have an answer by 1st of April?? So hopefully that might help as there will be more money in the pot for the creditors.
