Thank you for your thoughts. I have emailed the variations team, but so far no response. Just would nice to get some clarity. I can't see how they could ask for inheritance or windfulls once the IVA is complete. Surely not? maybe an expert on the forum could give their thoughts?

yes you will need a mass variation date, after this CC should be issued. creditors need 28 days notice.

Yes If I don't get my cc as confirmed by Karol in the next few months I will be following gt's complaint procedure, and then if nothing is resolved i will investigate further complaints procedures to outside bodies. Hopefully gt it won't come to this and so far Karol has been great. Fingers crossed ...

This is so depressing, so many us waiting for CC longer than 12 mths from GT...obviously the VAT and PPI has caused delays, but over anything over 12 mths is unacceptable.
