Thats good to hear Goosed, I did some research before settling on Melanie and I am very happy with the decision I made. I am in the process of getting all the paperwork over to her but my wife suffered a heart attack recently and that has kind of slowed the process down a bit.

Hi all, I am just entering a IVA with Melanie and I have been reading about some of the harrasment cases on the forum, wish I hadn't of but the worry is in the back of my mind now. Thanks Melanie, the likelyhood is it would carry on but its not guaranteed and if i dont do the week on call due to illness or if the company change the number of times I do it a year then it may cause me a problem. Best to err on the side of caution I think

Thanks for the info, can you tell me how you work out the tax and ni payments on the ot? On my payslip it is listed before tax and ni is deducted.

Have just spoken to a lovely lady called Tina at the IVA advice Bureau, I found her to be very understanding and knowledgeable about IVSA's. Cant recommend them highly enough. I am hoping that Melanie can take my case on.
