Thank you for the post Karol. I have contacted the Closures team via the email address given and today they responded very quickly to advise I should have my completion letter within a couple of weeks.

My email from 25th March remains unanswered unfortunately..... But good to hear you have had responses

Congrats on receiving your letter. We finished ours in September and are still waiting... but I am sure something will be forthcoming soon.

Could it be that their communication isn't very clear and the letter is just to explain that the closure process can take six months (or significantly more in some cases)??

Yes Kallis I emailed at the weekend, but have had no response, however I notice that so many of us are awaiting closure that I felt a simple straightforward question regarding their closures might help more people.
