Don't want to give them any heads additional up info so have to keep things as they are till it all gets sorted out. Then I will post my comments. There are a number of PayPlan's 'advisers' on this site it would be inappropriate to give them any information.

I now have taken PayPlan to court.

Just received this from PP, not sure where they get this info from but I will check with Insolvency Service on Monday as i can't find any reference to this on any IVA sites. The IVA was not an option because one of the IVA criteria is that the Debt Management Plan needs to be more than 7 years long....

Not if their advice and plan of action was wrong and the information provided was lacking all the alternatives. also as in my case a different option was 'pushed' on us instead of the one we wanted.

Surely if they are creditor funded then they are biased to do the right thing to the creditor and not to the person in debt. If they do too many 'inappropriate' deals they might loose their funding.
