I have obtained a Judgement against PayPlan but before any enforcement action can be taken I was informed by MCOL that the case has been 'passed to a District Judge'. They can't comment till a reply is received. What does this mean, can the Judge reverse the judgement or is this a formality. No defe...

Don't want to give them any heads additional up info so have to keep things as they are till it all gets sorted out. Then I will post my comments. There are a number of PayPlan's 'advisers' on this site it would be inappropriate to give them any information.

Just received this from PP, not sure where they get this info from but I will check with Insolvency Service on Monday as i can't find any reference to this on any IVA sites. The IVA was not an option because one of the IVA criteria is that the Debt Management Plan needs to be more than 7 years long....

mollymunchkin - File a Complaint with the Financial ombudsman & Office of Fair Trading. PayPlan has a license and they are obbliged under the terms of the license to follow certain rules, in my case they haven't and it also looks like your case as well was fudged up. OfT Enquiries and Reporting Cent...

Thanks Melanie, to be honest I after reading the letter from PayPlan have realised that they know they screwed up and are not interested in trying to resolve this. The amount of times I asked them to help us and have the emails and calls go unanswered is unreal. Looking back on this I can remember h...

The complaint was 'taken' by my consultant @ PayPlan, then it was passed to another company(so it says) for review. Apparently it's their compliance dept. No further questions asked from me and I've spoken to other companies about the IVA and all said that it would have been possible and they would ...

Had a reply from PayPlan, amazing reading though. The complaint was 'resolved' by taking the system notes and the information gathered from the 'advisor'. As they didn't record the call and did not contact me I fail to understand how they can resolve this. However I do have all the info to proceed m...

I have just received this email from PayPlan. Have a look at the amounts and see if you can spot the difference. The actual amount that we pay is £308.88 Thank you for amending your budget on Justabank. According to the changes your surplus amount is now £308.54. Can you please confirm if that is th...

They didn't, I was looking through my stuff and contacted them to ask why. The reply was that they didn't think it was doable but didn't run it by me nor the creditors. Just assumed that it would be OK to do a DMP, as I didn't know much then i naturally thought they were doing the best thing for me ...
