Hi Chris,

I would also recommend checking the insolvency registor to make sure your name has been taken off

I checked mind 7 months after my completion date & it was still on. A quick email & a scanned copy of my Completion Cert & they took it off

I have had some sort of result - Both Natwest have Satisfied against them now, however the default dates are still wrong - they are only 2 months out! would you just leave it now or keep trying to get it changed?

Hi All, Thanks for all your replies. I really thought my troubles were over once I completed my IVA. I knew it wasn't going to be easy getting credit after I completed my IVA, & I know it's going to takes time to re build my credit score etc.. My biggest fear now, is getting rejected for a mortgage....

Hi kazzafunk

On the report it say that they'll last 6 years after the default which is good on some but these 3 would mean that my credit file won't be clear till 2013 as that's 6 years after the last default

I just thought I'd get it sorted now before the Jan 2012
