I've completed IVA early by F&F. I've just received Completion Certificate and I'm wondering what are the next steps now...

Should I write to every lender with a copy of the cert to remove any defaults recorded after IVA start date?

Thanks

Hi Melanie,

How long does it usually take to get everything sorted? Paperwork, creditors meeting etc.

Thanks

Hello, I'm in IVA since Sep 2011. I had to move out from UK in April this year. My original agreement was 57p in the #163;;. I've found job here but I'm being paid much less after converting it to #163;. So I'll have problems paying for the IVA. My parents offered me some cash to pay IVA off. They c...

Hi,

I'm on IVA (just started) and I've a car on HP(3 years left out of 5).

Is there a possibility to replace it under same HP while in IVA? Or can I trade it in and take another HP? Is it possible at all?

Many thanks

Hi I was with Payplan for nearly 5 years, I owed the same amount when I left them as when I started. I left them after receiving a CCJ from one of my creditors after paying the DMP, I had no joy with Payplan to help me sort out the CCJ or anything else, in fact most times I could'nt get through to ...
