Well Friday 16th is my date for the last part of the process. Will it be accepted or will it not ?? Am keeping everything crossed it does !

I have found out I will be paying back 25p in the pound back for debts of 26k .... Does that sound a decent offer ???

Thanks again Kazza all the figures appear correct but they have warned Northern Rock may come back asking for 6yrs instead of 5 but my IP has put forward for 5 yrs. Other creditors are Halifax and Virgin.

One pleasing / reassuring thing is that my IP is very confident of it being accepted !!!!!
