Thanks Lesley.............. when your case was in closure did you have to submit any documentation or did the IP just rely on all the documents that you had provided at each of the 5 annual reviews?

Hi all, I made my last payment in November 2013 and hoping to receive my CC in May (i.e. having allowed 6 months for GT to hold meetings, reconcile the account, sort out disbursements, ect). Problem is that I cant get any meaningful feedback from GT - they just tell me to be patient and to call back...

Hi all, are those in IVAs (like me) barred from having an ISA . I.e. Do the financial institutions impose checks / criteria that we cannot meet... If I am able to have can anybody recommend a good provider?

Hi Steve, I don't think that you need to be concerend. My reviews usually take around 6 weeks to complete.I do suggest, however, that you ring the IP for an update. Did you get an acknowledgeent when you submitted your paperwork? Fletch

I believe that you can make an F&F offer at any time. The real acid test is whether the offer is acceptable to your creditors. Fletch
