Can creditors (those were included in IVA proposal and they haven't voted on creditors meeting ) take any legal action against us or refuse to accept IVA. How long creditors take to stop contacting you after the IVA accepted ?

I think the iva rejection was due to debts are piled up in very short period of time ( most of them payday loans , as you know payday loans are very high interest and i caught up in wishes circle of payday loans) Hope iva is accepted at the end , otherwise i will be in mess...

YESTERDAY WAS MY iva CREDITORS MEETING AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT WAS REJECTED BUT IVA COMPANY STILL TRYING TO SPEAK TO CREDITORS IF THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR MIND . AND THEY TILD ME IT CAN TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO FIND THAT MY iva PROPOSAL IS ACCEPTED OR REJECTED . IS THIS NORMAL ?
