I agree payplan we're never quick to respond and always seemed to be in the side of the banks rather than yo support both sides. As we got into out last year we felt they cranked the pressure up to get additional money saying we earned more than agreed yet neither of us worked an hour overtime in th...

Hi no they refused to take a reduced payment so paid the full offer plus 3200 monthly payments. Gutted but it is overwith. Wish I had negotiated minus payments to date but was just so desperate. We did have a equity clause and that was a struggle. Our ip 85 percent rule appeared to be different to e...

Hi I got a lease car through a scheme by my employer. It was a god send. I don't think I would have got one through a normal company. The car was agreed by ip as long as payments met. It was a struggle but better than the daily worry of the car x

We have just had a full and final accepted by the same company and we offered remaining payments and it was accepted with no modifications. The only advise I would give is it took 4 months to go through so in theory we paid 4 more payments than anticipated in the f and f I would have got the relativ...

We have had a child at university for the last three years and she was only allowed the minim student allowance due to our income and she was removed from our I and e by our iva company and we're told she should be self sufficient over 18 even though still at home. It is a tough one but we really st...

Sounds great wiggle1. Thought we would be ecstatic when it was over but we aren't. Planning what each months iva payment will do in the house or Christmas or birthdays for the children. Sure not going to waste a penny! X

Good luck for 25th June. I made a full and final offer mid March and still waiting...... pay over £700 per months so at the moment they have receive £2100 more than we expected with offer - really seems unfair. Still no sign of the papers being sent for signature and definitely no sign of a date. Wi...
