Lisa Now I would agree with you if you had the same attitude to the endowments misselling your argument holds water. Some maybe not all Ip's made money from PPI, which is the raw truth it? So given that the supervisor loses their appeal I trust that all clients payments post CC are returned to the r...

Lisa Withholding the CC if they don't sign over the PPI apart its moral imperative (making people's lives a total living utter misery after 5 hard years of slog it's coercion, black mail if you will No it's not "normal" I can only assume you are detached from the reality of being on the boot end of ...

Sit tight till November if you can (see the couple of posts above) if they the Ip company losses their case of appeal then the tables will turn. Also if you feel you are being put under duress write to your IP, it may come in very useful in a while

some on here would have you believe so but I put my faith in statute the highest law in the land. And there have been many old posters who've got regular mortgages. But to be fair I think the brokers probably can help they just get round the question (they don't say yest that's for sure) I've read a...

Lisa I hope they lose the appeal, just because of the the IP's greed on some higher moral notion of ohh the creditors we do it for them..tosh Ip's didn't do it when the miss-selling of endowments happened, so there's no excuse. In addition it's clear that some ip's client's have been subject to coer...

It hinges around a question of have you ever been in an IVA..(i said no with the big high street lender) and have a very decent fixed rate one to boot. I see it's none of the banks business and you don't need to tell them. The reason is in law written into statute after six years all trace of the de...

eloo foggy hows your credit score - told you so ha! Hope you are well. From my quick scan of the case the debtor won on the strength that he had his CC and that dissolved the supervisor of any duty to collect PPI and distribute to his old creditors as it were. Only they have and that's a huge proble...

kallis3 I am asking nicely don't play the hand of God on here as to instruct them to blight themselves in the future, wrong on many levels. It's for each individual to decide on what course of action they choose not yours, in any way shape or form. And I can say the director general from Experian di...

Ohh don't be tempted any credit until your cr is squeeky clean, there's some doubts as to a Vanquis card, which maybe you could get now, may send out the wrong message. For me car loan, mortgage yes four years on from end of my IVA still won't touch a credit card (horrible things)

Lets call that subjective...Funny the person that taught me that was the person from Nuttalls that put my IVA together for me...I couldn't stop laughing it was so full of rubbish..I said they won't buy that, they will, she said...trust me, I did and I owe her everything I am today

It's a very lively topic on the one hand like me once I had checked all my IVA was cleared from CR I simply went into that rather well known high st lender said no to that awkward question have you ever been in an IVA (other criteria aside) and hey presto one shiny nice new mortgage fixed at 2.89% f...

after a while, that's a new one.. But you see I do stand the shield that once your IVA is dead it's dead forever. There to me appears to be some unfounded fear of they're coming to get you..and it's just so not true, like you know get on with life get a car a regular mortgage yes "I did say no" but ...

I would have thought at this point you actually don't know so it's not yet crystallized. So as it does not exist today I would be inclined to say nothing and maybe have a chat with a solicitor see what can be done to protect the asset! Soz by the way

Ok so lets ask an IP Michael he's always been a good sort...Michael say for example you came to find out that one of your clients post the six year mark or indeed let say some years on had a win fall of sorts. I say you'll do nothing and that's what makes you human, what do you think he will do Kall...
