My brother and myself will one day be left my parents house,my brother will be living in it and he is unemployed due to ill health.
If i was in an iva what happens if i am left half this property as it will not be sold neither will my brother be eilagable for a mortgage?

I have no idea Maddie, wish I did. What did the solicitor say? Once they new I was in an IVA they said speak to your IP which I did and they said they would not be able to get anything because of the IVA, but their solicitor says different because the IVA was set up before,I know this is a hard one...
