I will ask them for a copy of the annual reports if they have them. They me...

OK an update. Spoke to Money plus last night, and they advised that the figures they used was because they had not received my forms for those years, although they confirmed that they had my wage slips which I sent in the same email. I re sent the emails to them and they advised they would go back a...

Hi thanks for the replies. I have all the evidence including copies of the emails I sent and all the I&E forms. The Bonus I get is a yearly bonus and they are aware that I get this each year in July. I am going through their figures with a fine tooth comb as things like Council Tax have not been upd...

I finally got details of how the extra money is made up. However the income figures on the spreadsheet do not relate to the figures I put on the yearly expenditure form. They are a lot less, therefore when the calculations have been done against my actual earnings there is a large difference, even th...

Hi Lisa, Thanks for your reply. There are no missed contributions as payments have been made ever month. There is about £300 owing from the first year as Money Plus took over the Debt People and there was a change in payment dates. However it was agreed previously that I would pay this at the end. I...

I am coming to the end of my IVA with the last payment being on the 1st August 2016. We are in rented accommodation so no chance of releasing equity. Our IVA Company MoneyPlus Group has now decided that we actually owe over £9,000. They advised this last September. I disputed this and was told that...

Hi All and just a query, We are in our finale year of our IVA and I have advised Money Plus that we no longer get family allowance for our youngest, who is 17 years of age an is no longer in full time education. She is still very much dependent on us as she only has a part time job and does a few ho...

Hi Foggy,

Thanks for the quick response,

I think there is the 50% clause in the IVA so as you say we should be able to keep half.

Once the salary increase is confirmed I will contact my IP and see what they do, hopefully it will wait until tne next review in June. Fingers crossed.
