cheers all. Ihave lots of support round me and yes there is a complaint in. I dont think it would be fair to Name and Shame ...as i have spoken to my IP personally on the matter and he is dealing with it internally.
Maybe 2010 will be my year.

thanks i am worried about the bank statments cos they dont show that much, all my direct debits and then just cash withdrawals as i dont have a debit card and no cheque book - so money for shopping or petrol.DO they need me to itemise what every withdrawal is for. thanks for the posts, it is confirmed very early days ...i cant face the IVA being extended and all the stress of waiting to find out if they will take lower payments.. I only have 2 years left and i have made this silly mistake...

This is the one thing i strugglewith the most; the inconstiencys with IPs.. mine are very reasonable and willallow for increase in income and expenditure as long as my payments increase a bit they seem happy. In fact they even advised me when i havent allowed ££ for things... they def dont sress out...
