I have finally received my final report and completion certificate. Is it possible I could PM an expert to have a look over it for me. I have a discrepancy to do with PPI that I have already raised with Creditfix before the creditors meeting. I would not want to speak with anyone from Creditfix at t...

I just searched the Insolvency register on the government site by my name and it returned no results. Does this mean l am no longer on the register? Or is there another way to find out?

I'm a little concerned now. My F and F was accepted by my creditors back in June but I still have not received a completion certificate from credit fix. I also have just received a letter from one of my creditors stating my debt has been passed over to another debt collection company and as of June ...

Update. I kept on at CF and finally got an answer regarding the charges for PPI fee and good news, the fee has been refunded to my case. Even better news, it was the variation meeting with my creditors and they accepted the f & f with funds paid to date. My IVA is finally over (subject to completion...

Getting a bit concerned now. CF have gone quiet on me. Sent a couple of emails to them trying to prove EIC were not involved, but I have had no reply. My creditors meeting is on the 16th and the variation packs have already been sent to them showing the £8.6k ppi fee. What happens if this is not res...

I am starting to mistrust CF. They seem to do a lot of things underhand. As for proof, what can I send in? I didn't keep a copy of the application form, I never thought I would need it for this. I could contact Lloyds who paid out the refund, to see if they could provide some sort of proof.

I emailed CF today and queried the £8.6k ppi fee. I was a little shocked at the reply I got. When my case was transferred to CF, my details were passed on to EIC to investigate any PPI claims I had and they are due these fees. EIC did nothing, I reclaimed my PPI on my own back and CF have asked me t...

I was hoping someone could give me more advice. For those who have read my previous posts, you will know I was fortunate to have been awarded £21.5k ppi refund. I have just received a letter from CF saying they have called a variation meeting with my creditors for 'The supervisor be authorised to cl...

I think I need to get a break down of what I've paid to see exactly where I am. Thanks.

Now then. Sorry to keep going on, but, If I owed 23.5k and have just had my PPI of 21.5k paid in, that leaves 2k to pay. I have 7 monthly payments of £270 to go. But because work is going well at the moment, I am regularly earning good bonus and having to pay uplift payments of £200 to £300. I could...

Thanks Leslie. I have already asked for a statement of monies paid, but it is yet to transpire. To be fair, I have been emailing a lady at CF the last few days and she has got back to me. I've had more correspondence this week from them than I have in the whole 2 yrs I've with them. I would love to g...
