Hi
Can someone tell me if you cAn switch supplier whilst in an voluntary arrangement, we have and are always in credit with current supplier.Would they do an in-depth credit check, and would it be best to switch on line or phone

I have spoken to payplan and they arnt keen on a payment break as we have only paid x1,they said maybe miss one payment and get the work done send in receipts and then payments would be increased for the coming months to compensate missed payment
so will have to think again!!

hi we have been in an iva with payplan creditors meeting was the 2nd november and was accepted we paid that day. we both have cars but have been told I need 4 new tyres and an exhaust and service and my partners needs car tax service and brakes, and to top it all tonight the freezer has stopped, so ...

I have looked at the orange cash card which is barclays, my question is barclays credit card provider is one of my creditors, would I still be able to apply for the orange cash card or should I abandon that idea

just had the phone call that our iva has been approved with a bit of tweeking and have paid the first instalment, the feeling of relief is wonderful[:)]

hi again creditors meeting fixed for 2nd november, I cancelled direct debits, but my natwest loan is still going out on the 24th ( i used to bank with them) have spoken to them unable to stop it hence it will make me overdrawn about £470.00, first time ever to be overdrawn, unable to contact payplan...
