Maybe they are getting interest by keeping the process going for longer. I did a f&f in March and had a letter the other day saying my debt had been sold from HSBC to max recovery, something tells me something isn't right but payplan says its perfectly normal.
I think I might get legal advice soon.

I know this subject has been covered a number of times but does anyone know how long its going to take payplan to start closing completed IVA's. They say they are waiting on vat to be returned but surely once a client has completed there payments they should get there certificate and then the vat sh...

I had one of these offers through the door last week. Im still waiting for my completion certificate so don't know if I will get accepted or not. I don't want credit ever again but would like to be able to get a mobile phone contract with vodafone and I think by taking one of these cards out it migh...

Hi, I also had a f&f with payplan. The only paperwork I had after the meeting was the report. My parent's made a cheque payable to the ip's name as well and I've just rung this second to make sure they've got it and all ok. Ensure you put your client id on the back of the cheque.

I had the same forms come yesterday as well so they must be sending them out to everyone who are with them. I don't agree with it either, it is robbing Peter to pay peter.
