Be carefull I know someone who went through PPI claim while in an I.V.A and there was a winfall clause in their I.V.A document where 100% would be taken so they ended up with nothing. If you claim once you have finished your I.V.A 100% of the money you will recieve will be yours.

regretfully i think that my best option would be to go down the bankruptcy route but can anyone recommend a company that can help me with my paperwork because i don't want to make any mistakes and get it refused at the court.
