Thanks for that Foggy - I have already acknowledged of to my IP that any PPI currently being investigated does of course go into the fund. Other than a bonus I hope not to get any other windfalls soon i.e. inheritance, so I'll just leave my IP to get on with the completion. They say 6 months, so fin...

Surely if a F&F is accepted, anything after that cannot be claimed i.e. inheritance/bonus. This is money received after the agreement has concluded? PPI etc is monies relating to pre IVA so therefore could be claimed. Is that not correct. I have just had a F&F accepted & did not intend to notify my ...

Well, 2 weeks after proposing to pay off the remaining 3 yrs in full (which includes the year in lieu of equity so an offer that surely will be accepted) I still have not even had an acknowledgement from my IP- 4 emails, 2 phone calls.
Utter joke.

Well - submitted the initial detail to kick things off by email - confirming offer of full monthly payments, plus the additional year, and asking what I need to do next. 3 days later not even had an acknowledgement. Good start!

Hi, Thanks for the input. Andy, why would that be an issue to stop payments? This would mean we could be crystal clear on the payment offered. Knowing my IP, if I say deducted 2 months from the offer, it could take them 4 months to process it - they are not the quickest. I'm just trying to make it a...

Hi, I'm about to contact my IP regarding a F&F. It will be to offer all remaining months x monthly payment - so I assume it will be accepted. Hope so anyway! So I can offer a final figure, & it takes a couple of months to sort I believe, can I propose to cease monthly payments as of now(with the pro...

Hi, My wife's father unfortunately passed away 3 months back. We now have a sale on the house. The IVA is entirely in my name (only accounts for my partners income in the annual I&E calc). My good lady just wants done & we intend to offer full monthly payments (including the 6th year instead of remo...

Thanks for the reply Melanie. Where would I stand if they miss that deadline? It was me who chased them up asking when I should submit my details & again after I had submitted & heard nothing back. I'm loathe to chase again as not sure it should be my responsibility at every step - but if it is me w...

Not with them no, I never like to name & shame on here - but they are not great I have to say!
Clearly my official annual review date is missed - I just want to be sure I can't be penalised as it has had notning to do with me, but everything to do with the firm taking a chunk of my payments!
