I'm looking at my experian report and my iva is not showing as settled and my accounts that were included in my iva are still showing a default balance should these balances now show as nil ?

Lloyds tsb are linked to bank of Scotland ie halifax not Rbs

Thanks for the advice although I don't know if I will actually bother with obtaining credit it will be nice to pay with cash and a bit scared incase I get in a mess again

Am do happy came home to my certificate of completion today, thank you GT but what happens with credit agencies do I have to write to them to update my records or is it done automatically?

I completed with GT on 4th april and was told end of August for completion cert but am still waiting!

Does anybody know if gt issue certificates of completion on certain days of week or days of month?

I've been told by GT my final distributions have been made to creditors but still have to wait until september for certificate, don't see why they can't send it now if distributions have been made feels like they like the power of being in control of out life's

I have been told that final distributions have now been made to my creditors and my certificate of completion won't be sent out until end of August or beginning of September why is it not sent out straight away?
