had a small pay rise, mortgage dropped due to coming off a higher fixt rate
but on the plus...if u can call it that
i have lost the same as pay rise in family tax credits
petrol and food has gone up immensely

i am scared when i ring up tomorrow they will say because they put it through the court on the 26th oct 6 days after being notified of the iva creditors meeting that it will stand

iva approved monday.jones giles and vincent bond
mbna did not vote
ccj earlier this year in their favour.
now thisam letter for interim charging order dated to go court dec 6th letter post mark and dated date after iva agreed ...help
