Hi just a quick update, I took michaels advice and have just received an email back from creditfix basically saying that it's fine if I don't consent to the new T&C's they will still go ahead with the offer to the creditors. If I get any further info I will post on the forum

hi all am 6 months into my IVA, since starting my car and home insurance has increased and ive just found out my mortgage with santander is going to increase from october. I am able to ask for my payment to be lowered to accommodate these increases? thanks
