Regardless I am just happy everything has turned out ok for my hubby. I think the fact that because he had a sound work record worked in his favour. So let's just be grateful.

Hi guys good news....they haven't dismissed him and he is back at work tomorrow......so relieved!!! They said they will not be taking any further action. Thanks for all the support YOU helped us through this.

I know just a shame he is not in a union as my husband is not really that vocal....I can only pray....

That's another thing. The IP firm we are currently with did not indicate this in the contract. When we notified them of this they were in shock and stated this is the first they have heard an individual could potentially be dismissed.
