This is good bye and thank you I am afraid, It has been so hard, yes I am delighted that we are through it, but sadly it has come at a cost to my health, which I really want to try to improve. Starting afresh means leaving all this behind so GOODBYE AND THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL XXX

Thanks Badly and yes if it is your personal inheritance it goes to the IVA but the inheritance was my mums so with some savings too she was able to raise enough funds to pay the IVA, we were not in a position to, hence we were in the IVA, sorry if my post wasn't clear!! I am surprised I have to do this to be fair, I presumed that the companies concerned would end the process, as they do once payment has ended on a non IVA agreement. this, in theory is the same thing, they have agreed to end a credit agreement! however I shall write my letters etc and hope I am not ...

CAn I just ask I thought that once entered into an IVA no defaults were allowed to be registered as they have agreed to accept your offer of repayment, am i wrong in thinking this?
