Well it was a big NO but hey ho, lovely lady told her about the IVA said it was fine to keep the bank account so that was a plus!!

I have been on the internet and it says Lloyds are quite good they even produce a booklet for people in an IVA so I am quite hopeful x

We are off to the bank today to get hubby added to the account (should have done this before the IVA I know!!) Does anybody know if this will be a problem as I am panicing a bit now. It's Lloyds by the way.

Well, we did the payday loan thing (stupid I know ) and a very vicious circle. Hi My boss has said this morning that instead of a pay rise I am getting double salary this month, so in effect a £92 per month pay rise. Where do I stand with this?

I now need to add hubby to the account and they have said to just go in with some ID and they will add him. Will they check his credit and refuse now because of the IVA and if so will they then check my cr...

So will be go on to the variable rate, in which case I imagine our payments will go down, so do I have to tell the IP this?
