Well if u do not get informed of a notice of extension no less than 7 days before the end date then according to the standard terms and conditions ur iva is finished. So really they could not take any windfall legally.

What a nightmare iv been waiting 6 months for mine! They sent a letter in June saying they were extending for 6 months for admin work etc!! Rang Harrington brooks several times again today, get thru to one department who put me thru to another and the phone just rings constantly! Seem to be a bit of a joke firm now, 6 months is almost up and still no certificate no phone calls or letters! Might just drive down to their office!
