So all sorted. I started a new job at the end of July and my former employer didn't pay me correctly in my last pay packet. I had to delay my 1st August payment to Payplan by a few days until it was sorted. They forgot to take into account I had settled it and put it on the end of the IVA! In regard...

So after months of arguing with Payplan that I do not have any equity in my property, and hearing nothing from the official IVA complaints dept at gov.uk, I have been forced to start my 12 months extra payments. Today I got through the details and it stated the 1st payment for the equity would start...

I am on about my 10th case officer, and everytime they email me it is from a different person. You CANNOT speak to or get a response from an IP and they started changing rules for me in 2014. Started off only having extra income taken from me in August when I had my annual review, then in 2014 they ...

We are in the middle of arguing the whole equity release as they have calculated it in there favour, as a lot of people are commenting on in the forum at the moment. Look like we have another 12 months to go as they are not budging on that one! My Husband is not in an IVA, but dear Payplan take into...

So I have just had a chat with Payplan to do a revised I&E. My husband has decided to close his business as it is not making enough money to be profitable. We have been living off pennies at the end of each month, I haven't had a haircut since Sept 2015 or any new clothes and feel like I am living l...

Hi All, So I am in cahoots with Payplan at the moment, as they are calculating my equity in a different way to shown on there own website, and the IVA protocol. I have questioned this, as the calculations I have done means my IVA concludes in August. I cannot get a reply from my IP and the response ...

I am with payplan and have been since 2011. Personally if I could turn back the clock and avoid them I would. I am on about my 10th case officer, and everytime they email me it is from a different person. You CANNOT speak to or get a response from an IP and they change the rules for me willy nilly 3...

Thanks foggy. Ironically what they have said to me completely contradicts what is on their own website, and so I will be contacting them for an explanation. Seems Payplan are making up the rules as they go along...and not for the 1st time!

So Payplan have written to me today to advise that my IVA will be extended as the equity in my property is less than £5k. I thought that the IVA concluded if this was the case? Could someone please take a look and see if I am being taken for a ride here, as i called them to discuss and they didn't w...
