Not a great situation but companies do merge and/or sell out to others on a regular basis. All you need as a client is reassurance, hopefully the letters will arrive promptly for those affected and the new IP will be as proficient as Mel. It is disappointing when you have chosen a firm based on repu...

No, I'd avoid running a score unless absolutely necessary as it leaves a footprint, you're not doing anything wrong though and it is your report to view.

I use a credit expert service online to keep an eye on my info

Does anyone from PJG post on here? They used to be very 'visible' but not heard much at all of late.

Interested to know how any of their clients are getting on and if all is well?

The problem with the I&E allowances are that they are very generic and have barely changed over the last 6 years (to my knowledge). It is a long hard journey and there is no money for any extras such as major home/car repairs, holidays etc. It is not an easy ride and if I had my time again I would h...

This has probably been asked hundreds of times but when did this PPI clause creep in and why are people who started IVA's before this now having to suffer this delay? If it's not in your original proposal can you not just refuse and leave the PPi element out of things?

Thanks, frustrating I suspect. I could do my own investigation via a PPI claims company and be done in a matter of weeks!

Hi all Almost finished our IVA thanks to a full and final offer but the old PPI thing has come up. Don't recall ever having any but as with most people it needs to be looked into. How long does it normally take and whilst the PPI investigation is ongoing am I still bound by the IVA terms(i.e. paying...

Hi all, can creditors try and make you extend your IVA even if you have no equity at all (we are in negative). I always thought not but am now worried they might ask me to as we are nearly at the end of the normal term.

Is a forthcoming anniversary date likely to have an influence? i.e. Would most IP's prefer to wait until after the anniversary to make any changes?

Interested to know on average how long it takes IVA companies to propose variations for F&F offers?

What do folks feel is a reasonable time to wait?
