Well I have a new job to start and as it is two hours drive away will need to move pronto. Have called 7 letting agents in the area and been upfront with all of them re the iva. Hey Mr Black
I know two people who were made redundant whilst in iva. They offered a large portion of their redundancy as a full and final and it was accepted in both cases. Stay positive.

I just made an anony call to an estate agent who kindly assured me that I will fail the credit check with an iva but If I can find an guarentor who earns 28K then they will accept that? so looks like Im not moving and will now have to commute 130 miles each day to new job unless I can find an estage...

lol, he was a tricky one... always avoided the csa with is self employment role, friends lied about where he lived etc. I gave up in the end. When a registered gas fitter plumber can convince the csa that he only earns 10k per year so that his assessment was to pay only 5.00 per week I honestly just...

lol, tell me about it. car insurance was a nightmare. just something else my iva does not want to take into account....he is sales only commission. so if he doesnt sell, then i have to pick up his car insurance tab.
