Hi It is now 18 months since my IVA should have finished but I am still waiting for my certificate of completion. They did not even start PPI investigations until 9 months after final payment. All the PPI paperwork was signed by me 20 weeks ago. Is there anyone who could help me to get this finished...

I will state now for the record I AM MORE THAN HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAR DEBT HAVE RUN MY CASE.
It is just that the last 9 months have been wasted whilst very little seems to have happened.
WHY IS IT THAT THESE INVESTIGATIONS CANNOT HAPPEN AT THE START OF THE IVA.

Geordie
As I said earlier I know how you feel.
My final payment was around 9 months ago and I have only just signed the PPI paperwork this week.
WHY SUCH A DELAY.
I thought every thing had already started and anything that needed signing would be the end of the process not the start of it.

If you look at my post yesterday about bank accounts I am in exactly the same situation as you. I am with Clear Debt also, and made my final payment around June last year. I have today been contacted by DRSP after 9 months and will be signing all the forms on Monday. You would think that once this i...

I am currently with Nationwide but found them to be very frustrating in the odd occasion when i went £10-£20 overdrawn.
They will forget about the first time but will charge you every time after that.
It was abit like talking to a brick wall.

Hi Tina
He is currently unemployed and living with his parents and he seems to think they will be doing him a favour if they follow through with their threat.

Hello everyone
I am waiting for my certificate of completion to be issued So this is not about me.
A friend of mine has received a letter threatening him with bankruptcy and he was wondering if there is a difference from being made bankrupt to declaring yourself bankrupt.
