A full and final offer was made and accepted in my case last August and as of yet I am no closer to receiving my completion certificate.
So I am assuming making a full and final offer makes no difference to the time frame?

When I was first sent the letter I emailed to say I had not been mis sold PPI and therefore it was not relevant to me. Hi there, I too am with Varden Nuttall and made a full and final offer in August of last year. Several weeks later I recieved a letter regarding PPI. I sent the forms back that day and advised as far as I could remember I have never had PPI however it was several years since I had taken my loan out....

Oh I think I understand what you meant now - they will need to provide a letter and a bank statement showing the funds?
That's great, they can arrange that.
Hopefully my creditors will go for it even though it is a little less than expected.

Ok thank you for your response, that has put my mind at rest.
What are money laundering checks? Is it to prove my Grandparents have not stolen the money?? Sorry might sound like a stupid question but have never heard of it before.
