We made...

The RX1 form is to stop you selling your property and pocketing the cash when you still owe people money. The debts don’t go away until either the IVA is completed or the DMP is completed.

Interesting to see if others have had the same happen... I’ve had some time on my hands recently, as have a lot of us, and from searching the forum and the internet it looks like Aperture have been doing this since getting together with FDM in late 2018. FDM were only formed in October 2018 and loo...

After getting some feedback from Aperture their stance is that due to the Green v Wright ruling they can instruct a claims management company to make any claims they feel fit without any instruction from ourselves and the claims management company can take their instructions to act on our behalf. Did you ever sign one of their infamous 'Spotty letters' ? You could have given authority in one of those, or, indeed, in your original terms of engagement. In the first instance I would write to the Aperture Trusts Department asking them to clarify from where they got such authority -- and take it...

Hi all, its been a long time since ive posted anything but have a quick query I hope you can help me with. The question is, do Aperture require our written consent to chase PPI on a completed IVA. Some background to our position: We completed our IVA in 2016 and due to the Green v Wright issue didn'...

Our completion certificate took 18 months to come through but that was in the middle of all the ppi court case and IP's trying to get you to sign silly letters etc (ultimately we refused to sign any paperwork and got our completion cert). We got aqua cards and they did help improve our credit rating...

Hi, did 6 years in an IVA with Aperture then waited 18 months for my comp cert. Had a call off them now asking if I wanted to take out a loan with their preferred partner and as I had successfully completed an IVA I had been pre approved and could use the money for a holiday, car etc. Is it just me ...

I know what you mean Foggy, it's more a principal issue nowadays, we've chased PPI no end over the last few years and r...
