I have paid over the full amount including fees to creditfix with a windfall. I have been advised that I will receive review back next week does anyone no what it entails since iva has already been paid in full

I have been informed that my husband and I iva has now been paid off in full. Please could anyone tell me once they have the money how long does it usually take to pay all creditors. I no all companies are different but just wanted an idea. we are with creditfix after being transferred from pjg.

the ppi is with RBS, we had no debt with them in the iva. ppi has already been claimed by us and iva company which is now creditfix have signed the acceptance letter so the money should be with them within 28 days which the letter stated. Thanx Michael, yes it is enough money to finish my husbands iva, my IP is aware of the inheritance but as its in early stages of probate we have not discussed options.

My husband has been given an inheritance in a will, I was just wondering if he would also have to put in the money to pay my iva off, we have interlocking iva's but the inheritance is in his name alone. thanx
