Surely once you have tried to remortgage twice with no success to get equity from your property towards the end of a 5 year IVA and your IVA confirm in writing that your IVA will then extend a further year as a result . If excepted I will be soon in an IVA.
My wife however won't be, although when aplying we had to confirm joint income.
My Question is, I know if I am lucky to get any overtime pay / bonus a percentage of this goes to the IVA but is this still the case for my wife?

Should I draw out my maximum amount to my overdraft limit to give me some emergency funds?
