Well they have accepted my proposal so that is good news, I just wish I could raise say 6-7k and offer a F&F Settlement to get this nitemare over with once and for all.

ive sent a spread sheet over to them this evening in advance listing a monthly propsal from now up to end of sixth year raising around another 5k as minimum amounts.

i hope this will be a good start to begin with tomorrow.

If there was a way I could transfer this thing & work it out with someone else I really would.

One more thing.

Their last email says I can increase payments to 264 yet I pay 276 & always have done & now paying 320 so how can I trust them when their own figures appear wrong.
