Can anyone advise, how come some IVA companies let you keep up to £500 windfall and others dont let you keep nothing? Shouldt this be regulated by the Ministry Of Justice, there seems to be no justice at all.Thanks

Hi Claire, I did the same claimed PPI while on IVA, any money refunded to you or to IVA people is classified as a windfall and goes (after fees to IP and solicitors firm fees) back to creditors as an extra money back.
